Français : L'histoire se passe à la fin des années 1990 à Shibuya, quartier de Tôkyô la capitale japonaise.
Un professeur d'Université nommé Ueno Isabôro avait un Akitaken (chien d'Akita race de chien japonaise) nommé
Hachiko. Chaque matin, Hachiko allait acompagner son maître jusqu'à la gare de Shibuya, et chaque soir, le chien allait l'attendre à la sortie de la gare. Un jour le professeur mourrut dans un accident. Mais pendant près de sept annés, Hachiko continuait à chercher son maitre chaque soir à la sortie de la gare.Quand Hachiko mourrut en 1935, l'histoire de ce chien avait la une des principaux journaux nippons. Alors une collecte fut organisé en son honneur, l'argent collecté servit ensuite pour lui fanbriqué une statue à son éfigie devant la gare de Shibuya.
Aujourd'hui la statue est toujours présente. Les tôkyôïtes en ont même fait un lieu de rendez-vous.
Petite anecdote, les japonais viennent toucher la Statue de Hachiko comme porte-bonheur.

English : This story takes place in last 1920's,in Shibuya, in Tôkyô, Japan. A profesor of College Ueno Isaborô had a Akitadog named Hachikô. Every morning, Hachiko went with him instrutor to the Shibuya Station and, the evening, it went wait for him. A day, the professor died in a accident. However during seven years, the dog continued to go look for its instructor every evening at the exit of the station. When Hachiko died in 1935, the story was creating headliness of japanese news papers. So a collect was organized for him, edified a statue in front of the station.
Today, the statue is always present. The Tôkyô's people to make a rendez-vous appointment. People touch the statue as lucky charm.
